We will only require enough information from you to enable us to serve you in a correct and expeditious manner. We also take the steps required to protect the information you share with us, including using SSL technology for encryption and transmittal of your order information (including your credit card information).

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Sales Tax
We collect applicable sales and local taxes on shipments within the state of Idaho.

Shipping
Heidi's Fudge is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure a secure arrival. Please check delivery addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given incomplete or incorrect addresses. Postal and delivery services will not forward.

Please allow 2-3 days to process and ship orders. We will make every effort to expedite orders. We ship orders via UPS ground unless otherwise specified in your order form.

Please use a street address, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Freshness
Our fudge is made only using the finest, freshest ingredients without fillers or preservatives. In the unlikely event that your fudge outlasts the week, store it in a cool, airtight container to retain freshness.
